It was a wonderful experience. We learned great recipes that we can easily recreate at home.
Rie is a truly kind person and an excellent cook.
This session perfectly combined learning by watching and learning by doing.
We learned not only how to prepare Japanese dishes, but also about table setting and decorative Japanese-style plating.
It was truly the complete cultural experience we were hoping for.
What we especially enjoyed was sitting together at the table at the end, sharing the meal and having relaxed conversations.
Communication throughout the course was very smooth, thanks to Anna, who provided excellent English interpretation.
Japanese food is not just sushi and ramen, so we would recommend this course to everyone.
We look forward to coming back and learning something new next time.
